This month's outfit couldn't be easier, I guess, at least for me it is. Even though I love colour on my outfits and I always have to have a stand out colourful piece, I also really like black clothes and pair colour with black - it's really edgy and elegant at the same time. So making it all black it was not that difficult. However I need it to be interesting and not simple, for that I tried to mix different textures and "patterns".

~~

I feel like I mix every single different material I had in black together. But honestly I think it works. Personally, it's not a good idea to wear all black right now, because even though is cold in Portugal, it is also really sunny, so with black I get a little bit too hot.

Obviously, I went for my slouchy black jeans - I'm so in love with this style -, I put on a bodysuit that it's ribbed and has some lace up going on for a touch of sexiness and then I wore a blazer to embrace the edginess, but also make it elegant. The material of the blazer is more silky and lightweight.

I can say that with black is edgy or sexy or both together there's no more styles to go for, really. I prefer edginess so I choose to go for boots, but heels would look super gorgeous.

~~

Monday: Today I woke up at 6a.m. to get to class at 8a.m. and it was still so dark outside. Even when I was at the train station, waiting, the sun hadn't still risen and the lamps were still on. Honestly, it look very beautiful and peaceful. It was also a nice cold breeze. The colder days are coming and I can't wait.

~~

Tuesday: This day was so much fun. Me and my group went out to work on one of our university projects. The weather was so nice, the sun was shinning so brightly. Plus we were near the beach so it felt great to feel that nice salty breeze and smell the sea. I got to see such beautiful places. And I was happy.

~~

E fiquei feliz.

Wednesday: Me and my sister went to the cinema to watch the premiere of Last Night In Soho, and let me tell you, the movie was actually good. I didn't know much about it, so I didn't have expectations, but I quite enjoyed it. Other than that, my day was pretty chill with a productive morning.

~~

Quarta: Eu e a minha irmã fomos ao cinema assistir a estreia de Last Night In Soho, e deixem-me dizer-vos, o filme foi realmente bom.

Thursday: Honestly, my thursday are pretty much all about school. I start at 11a.m. and finish at 6p.m. so there's not much going one. Nevertheless, it wasn't totally boring, specially because me and my friends made progress on our university project. And than arriving home after a long day feels really nice.

~~

Quinta: Honestamente, a minha quinta-feira é basicamente escola.

Friday: Went out to buy the final thing for my halloween costume and turns out both stores I went to didn't have it. Also I took some time to visit some second hand clothes stores since I was already downtown. Even though it was rainning, it was good to be outside, it wasn't too windy, I enjoyed it.

~~

Saturday: It was a rainy day again, but guess what, I went shopping again. However, this time I did buy my mask for halloween.  The sky was very gloomy but against the street lights look so beautiful - it even had a shade of pink. Other than that, very chill day, all I did in the morning was study...

~~

Sunday: This is Halloween, this is Halloween (you sang it, didn't you?)! Because of my sister, we all celebrate this day, it's something small, is just at our house, and it's not exactly a party, but we have lots of foods and drinks and we do movie night - this year was time for VHS. Btw, guess my costume!

~~

Domingo: "This is Halloween, this is Halloween" (cantaram, não cantaram?)! A propósito, adivinhem quem sou!

I've been using this product for, maybe, six months (not certain), and now the cream it's almost at the end so I can now give firmly an opinion. Without giving too much it's a nice review.

According to their website this product is vegan and cruelty-free, also fragrance-free, ideal for combination skin, can be used in the morning and at night - it's an everyday use -, and it's supposed to strengthen the skin barrier.

In terms of the ingredients, the key ones are the Centella Asiatica Extract (50%) that "soothes and relieves the irritated skin", the Asiaticoside, Asiatic Acid, Madecassic Acid and Ceramide, "which helps strengthen the skin barrier" and Niacinamide (2%), helping with brightening the skin.

~~

As for my opinion, I have to say that it's probably my favourite morning cream until now. Side note that I like to always keep trying new products so I may not re-buy the second I finish one.

I'm someone that in the morning only uses two products. Moisturizer and sunscreen. So I want my cream to be very hydrating and with some other aditional properties - they don't have to be super powerful since the main skincare routine is at night - like strengthing/plumping and restoring the barrier (since I'll be outside in a more agressive environment), if it has healing properties the better. And this cream does just enough for me to love it.

It's simple, light-medium thickness, but absorves super quick, leaves the skin smooth and with an healthy look. And overall, I never felt the need to put something more in the morning. It works good with makeup too. At the end of the day, I feel like my skin looks the same as in the morning, in a good way. It's not red, it's still soft and sometimes it looks even brighter (helps with my acne and acne scars/dark spots and with evening the complexion).

If I'd recommend? Absolutely. Not only the brand is very environment and animal friendly, but the product itself does exactly what they promise - controls the oilness and actively helps with strengthening and brightening.

~~

This post is not sponsored by any brand or third party. The product was bought with my own money and it's my honest opinion.

I feel like this month colour couldn't be more accurate. I don't know if this is everywhere, but in Portugal we call this month the Pink October because is the awareness month to the breast cancer, so I'm really happy that I get to bring this colour now.

The outfit itself is not something very extravagant nor is it something I don't normally use, but with pink I believe this is the perfect combination pieces, since I didn't want an outfit too cute.

~~

This outfit is very hipster-cute fall, it has the cargo pants in pink but also gives of a warm feeling - fall atmosphere - (sweater paws and all). If you change something, I advise that you mantain the relaxed cutesy look, because it's the fun part of the outfit. Obviously the jewelry and shoes ties everything together but the polo and mesh sparkly top are the shinning stars, so please try using something similar - that combination of pieces may be one of my favourites of all, I never thought it would work, but now I'm in love.

The clothes can be easily switched. Add skirts or shorts. Switch for a pair of boots. Add a coat on top. You can quickly make it warmer. Honestly this may be one of my happiest outfit, I just feel super cute with it. Also have fun with your hair and makeup.

~~

This may seem random to you and it's because it is. Kind of. If you've been in my blog for quite sometime, but even more if you have been with me in my youtube channel, you probably know that I always felt that I wanted to start vlogging, but never had the courage to actually start it for real. So from time to time I release a vlog - I'm scared to commit, I guess.

And today is one of those days, I filmed random clips of my sunday, when I was still on holidays, and edited them all together. Hopefully, you find some comfort and realatableness. It's a very normal, realistic, chill sunday.

~~

With that said, I like to make plan what I have to do to get everything done before university starts and that usually takes me two weeks. So, two weeks before, I start organizing my life and here it is my overall to-do list (obviously you can add or take somethings, depending on what you do on your daily basis).

Note: The time I'm posting, I only have a week left, but honestly this is the most important week. Hope you don't mind too much.

~~

Week Two: Right now, is when I really start to do the real deal. First I start to make plans with my friends, I already know that when university/school starts nobody will have that much time, so let's get together now. But also a day or two before the d-day I try to have an alone day, just for myself - I take myself on a self-care date.

In terms of more school related things, I start planning my breakfast for each day, my lunch since sometimes I will need to take it with me to university and also some outfits for when I forget to choose the night before or for the times when I don't have inspiration.

~~

Even more important is to plan my days: do a timetable so I know at what time I'll do some things and when I have free time. In here I contemplate my study time, when I workout, when I focus on my hobby (in my case I'm very focused into learning korean, as you know), what time to wake up (I also prepare my morning routines) and what is the best hour to have free time.

~~

Also, before university starts, I organize my school materials and my uni bag, more specifically the essentials I need to carry with me, like my girly essentials, eletronic stuff, my mini first aid kit, etc. One thing that I recently started doing is read through my up coming subjects to know what I'll be learning and what methods of evaluation I'll have (if you are in highschool you may want to give a little read to what you learnt previously).

And that's basically what I do, it definitely starts to put me in the mood for school, which usually is hard not gonna lie. Something you may want to do is re-educate your sleep time.

~~

Green is truthly not a colour that I use a lot, specially bright green, but that doesn't mean that I don't like to wear it, is that is just hard to combine with other stuff. The good thing, then, about this challenge of mine is that I had to make it work and honestly I found nice pieces to use together.

~~

The outfit definitely gives off a super different vibe, I almost say that it's like a retro 50's party with a lot of neon. I don't know how to explain, but it's not in my comfort zone, even though it's all my pieces. Not saying that I don't like, actually maybe I should've done it sooner.

I can also sense a cool housewife type, but a modern one. The two greens are not the same but they work quite nicely together, also because the skirt has white and a pattern which helps blend everything together. With some gold jewlery and the head scarf, this outfit works really well, probably one of my most inovative and likeable, for me. Oh, let's not forget the sandals with socks. I know it's a trend that everyone loves to hate, but honestly I felt that in this case it worked really well - with the colourful socks and opaque sandals, the green stands out a lot.

~~
