Since I've been in quarantine for about a month now, I really needed to start doing stuff that made me happy and mentally healthy. So, if you are like me and loves the morning time, you probably are going to like these little ideas that you can add to your routine.

Uma vez que já estou em quarentena há 1 mês, eu precisava mesmo de começar a fazer coisas que me deixassem feliz e mentalmente saudável. Então, se são como eu e gostam da altura da manhã, provavelmente vão gostar destas pequenas ideias que podem adicionar na vossa rotina.

Right when you wake up, smile. Yes, it may seem weird at first but I'm telling you that it will make your mood turn bright. You will face the rest of the day so much smoother.
Make breakfast - enjoy cooking something that you love while listening to music, it will upgrade your mood.
While eating watch a tv show that you love - with that you can just relaxe and have fun.
Put on a great outfit & if you feel like it do your makeup, don't feel embarrassed.
Clean your work space - not only it will help you focus when working, but it will also help you feel productive and organize (overall just good).
Try to be, at all times, in a bright space - that way you can view the sunshine, the blue sky, the beauty of the world and absorb that good energy into your mood.

Benton Aloe BHA Skin Toner | Review

I think it's time for me to talk about this korean brand toner. Approximately 2 months ago I start using the toner on my daily night time routine, so I think I got a pretty solid opinion on it - oh, and I still have a lot of product it's like I used 1/4 or less.

Before I get into my opinion I just want to do a round up of what this product says it does and what important ingredients it has.

In one phrase, on Yesstyle website, they summarize it like that: "Aloe leaf water is infused with hyaluronic acid, BHA and snail filtrate to fight acne, brighten and tighten skin". To be more precise I actually leave here a photo of the actual packaging because they give a good explanation of what this product will do.

Main ingredients: Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Water, Sodium Hyaluronate, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Snail Secretion Filtrate, Salicylic Acid (BHA) (0.5%).

Acho que chegou o tempo para eu vos falar deste tónico coreano. Aproximadamente há 2 meses atrás, eu comecei a utilizar este tónico todos os dias na minha rotina de pele noturna, por isso posso dizer que tenho uma opinião bastante sólida - oh, e ainda tenho muito produto, parece que usei apenas 1/4 ou menos.

Antes de ir para a minha opinião quero fazer um resumo do que este produto promete e os seus ingredientes importantes.

Numa frase, numa site da Yesstyle, eles resumem assim: "A água da folha de aloe é infundida com ácido hialurônico, BHA e secreção de caracol filtrado para combater o acne, clarear e fortalecer a pele". Para ser mais precisa eu deixo aqui uma foto da embalagem visto que eles fazem uma boa explicação do seu objetivo.

Ingredientes principais: Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Water, Sodium Hyaluronate, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Snail Secretion Filtrate, Salicylic Acid (BHA) (0.5%)

Now into my real thoughts. Basically I think this is a pretty average toner. Did I see amazing results? No. But did I see good results? Definitely yes.

One of the things that I did see was I got a lot less blemishes than usual, however I didn't see them go away, they just didn't appear as often. Also my dark spots were not has severe as before, they were a lot more tone down. Nevertheless these changes weren't an immediate thing, probably I just only really acknowledged it after a month - which is totally normal, products take time.

Overall, I do like the toner, is very basic, doesn't have any scent to it (at least I can't smell anything), it did help my pigmentation a little and also helped moisturizing my skin, doesn't leave a tacky sensation and it absorbs quickly. But keep in mind that my skin is not in a harsh condition, meaning that if you want something potent, this isn't for you, I think it's more of a maintenance thing.

Agora os meus pensamentos. Basicamente é um tónico bastante mediano. Se eu vi resultados fantásticos? Não. Mas se eu vi bons resultados? Definitivamente sim.

Uma das coisas que eu notei foi que começaram a nascer menos borbulhas do que o normal, no entanto elas não desapareceram, apenas já não aparecem com tanta frequência. Também as minhas manchas escuras já não são tão severas como antes, eles ficaram muito mais desvanecidas. Mesmo assim, as mudanças não foram uma coisa imediata, provavelmente apenas um mês depois é que reconheci as melhoras - o que é totalmente normal, os produtos demoraram a fazer efeito.

No geral, eu gosto do tónico, é muito básico, não tem nenhum odor (pelo menos eu não consigo cheirar nada), ajudou o meu tom desigual um pouco e também a restaurar hidratação, não deixa a pele pegajosa e até absorve rapidamente. Mas tenham em mente que a minha pele não está numa condição muito má, quero eu dizer que se querem algo mais potente, este não é para vocês, eu acho que é mais para uma coisa para ajudar a manter.
