In one of my previous post (morning self-care), one of my advices was for you to wear a outfit that you felt good in, a put together outfit. Because of that, I thought that I could show you what I have on mind when I say that - because I also know that maybe some people just don't have an idea how to combine casual with kind of classy: It's all about chic comfortable (good for a Zoom presentation/work)

Num dos meus posts anteriores (morning self-care), um dos meus conselhos era vestirem uma roupa em que vocês se sentissem bem, um visual composto. Por causa disso, eu pensei em mostrar-vos o que eu tenho em mente quando digo isto - porque eu também sei que nem toda a gente consegue conjugar casual com um pouco de clássico: é tudo sobre chique confortável (bom para uma apresentação/trabalho via Zoom)

As you can see, more minimalistic and simple than this you probably won't find it. But that's obviously on my fashion taste. Even thought I'm a colour type of girl, in this case I actually prefer to mantain it simple, not too dark, not too light - a good shade of grey.

Since it's a mix of casual and classy, I just couldn't choose jeans, so some pants that have the same format as sweatpants but different material is the perfect option. I also went for the same colour bottom and top because it gives the idea that it is a set (which is not). Sets normally give the appearance of put together because of the coordenated pieces, but since these ones are so simple and laid back, you can have the best of both worlds.

Como podem ver, mais minimalista e simples provavelmente não vão encontrar. Mas isso é no meu gosto de moda. Embora eu seja uma rapariga que gosta de cores, neste caso preferi manter o outfit simples, não muito escuro nem muito claro - um bom cinzento.

Uma vez que é uma mistura de casual e clássico, eu não podia optar por calças de ganga, então umas calças que têm o mesmo formato que sweatpants mas tecido diferente é a melhor opção. Eu também fui pela mesma cor tanto em baixo como no top porque dá a ideia de que é um conjunto (o que não é). Conjuntos normalmente dá a aparência de um visual cuidado, visto que são peças coordenadas, mas visto que estas são tão simples e relaxadas, temos o melhor dos dois mundos.

Afternoon Productive Self-care

Last month I gave you 8 ideas that you could do to feel good, with yourself, during the morning time. Unlike the other one, this post is a bit more focus on doing stuff, is not necessarily getting exausted, more like easing into it - that way you get some work done and still enjoying yourself.

Before I give you other tips, I took some inspiration from @thefabstory, definitely check it out (not sponsored).

O mês passado dei-vos 8 ideias do que podem fazer para se sentirem bem, convosco próprios, durante a manhã. Ao contrário desse, este post é mais focado em fazer coisa, não necessariamente para ficar exausto, mais ir acostumando - dessa forma conseguem fazer algum trabalho enquanto continuam com um bom humor.

Antes de continuar, eu tirei alguma inspiração do @thefabstory, definitivamente vão lá (não patrocinado).

Make a healthy lunch - everything starts with food, am I right? And when it is a food that makes you feel good, health wise, it sets a pretty good momento to the day.
Enjoy a sweet while playing a happy playlist - this is the tip that is going to put you in a good mood for the rest of the day to come (try a pastery and choose a good spotify playlist)
Focus on work for one deep hour - really concentrate yourself so you can maximize this short time to the fullest, that way you don't have to be there for more time.
Put your mind into a hobby - maybe there is something that you really want to do, or start doing again (for me is playing the guitar)
Get some reading done - I know books is not for all, but you have comics, magazines, newspapers, all types of reading will make you relax and get some knowledge into your brain.
Workout - I'm a bit biased, I love working out, but if you don't you can do something more easy, like some deep stretching, yoga, or just a 20 min beginner workout.
Facetime your friends - have a chat with people that you miss and love, they are the ones that can make you feel the best, and there is always something that comes up and makes you all laugh.

Façam um almoço saudável - tudo começa com comida, não é? E com a comida certa, que nos faz sentir bem, marca um ritmo muito bom para o resto do dia.
Apreciem um doce enquanto ouves uma música feliz - esta é a dica que vai mesmo gerar um bom humor para o dia que esta para vir (tentem um novo biscoito e escolham uma boa playlist do spotify)
Foquem-se no trabalho durante uma intensa hora - concentrem-se mesmo assim conseguem maximizar o curto tempo de forma a não terem de abdicar ainda mais.
Ponham a vossa mente num hobby - talves haja algo que querem muito começar a fazer ou talvez recomeçar a fazer (para mim é tocar guitarra)
Façam alguma leitura - eu sei que livros não é para todos; no entanto existe banda desenhada, revistas, jornais, todo o tipo de leitura irá-vos relaxar e por algum conhecimento no vosso cérebro.
Exercício - eu sou um pouco tendenciosa, adoro exercício físico, mas se vocês não, podem fazer algo mais fácil como alongamentos, yoga, ou uma sessão de 20 min para iniciantes.
Video-chamada com amigos - falam com as pessoas que sentem falta e adoram, eles são os que mais vos irão fazer sentir bem, e há sempre algo que acontece que faz toda a gente rir.

Trying Asian Eye Makeup

Asian fashion, makeup, food, skin care, everything... has been a big trend since last year, and you know me, I'm a fan as well. Since I already did asian/k-pop style, and I will continue doing it, this time I went for makeup. I know that asian eyes and my eyes (caucasian) are not nowhere similar, and because of that we do our eye makeup differently, however I decided to try it and see how it looks.

Moda, maquilhagem, comida, produtos de pele, tudo asiático tem sido uma grande moda desde o ano passado, e vocês sabem que eu também sou uma fã. Uma vez que já fiz estilo asiático/k-pop, e vou continuar a fazer, optei desta vez por maquilhagem. Eu sei que olhos asiáticos e os meus olhos (caucasianos) não são nada parecidos, e que fazemos a maquilhagem diferente de acordo com os olhos; no entanto decidi tentar e ver como é que fica.

I'm gonna be honest, I did this makeup twice: the first time didn't go just right because the eyeliner part it's actually pretty difficult since its wing is down, and my eyes are not asian so it doesn't flow as naturally.

After that moment, second time (this time), it turn out quite nice. I used my Adelaine x Tarte palette, for the eyes and the eyeliner, and also used the highlighter for the shiny eyeshadows.

Sincerely, I really liked the out come. I don't know if it really suits me, and I get it that usually the colours are more blushed, they are not as bold (but since I'm more on the tan side I had to), nonetheless the look is so not what I would do. I approve.

Vou ser muito honesta, eu fiz esta maquilhagem duas vezes: a primeira vez não correu muito bem por causa do eyeliner, que na realidade é bastante difícil uma vez que a asa vai para baixo, e os meus olhos não são asiáticos então não flui tão natural.

Depois desse momento, na segunda vez (esta vez), até que acabou bem. Eu utilizei a minha paleta Adelaine x Tarte, para os olhos e eyeliner, e também o iluminador para sombras brilhantes.

Sinceramente, eu gosto do resultado. Eu não sei se me assenta, e eu sei que normalmente as cores são mais pálidas e não tão arrojadas (mas visto que sou mais morena, tinha que ser), contudo o look é tão o que eu não me lembraria de fazer. Eu aprovo.
