I had other post idea on mind, but the truth is that when I start doing it, it wasn't exactly what I had on mind so I decided to postpone it.
Now, for the real one: we all know that with quarantine some things started to get more frequent, like the times you go to the kitchen, and you eat, and because of that the kilos are more frequent to go up. For that I have a semi-solution, which is exercise. I know, for some people it's not pleasant, but what about only 20-30 minutes everyday, it's not that bad and it's very effective for what you do.

Eu tinha outra ideia para o post de hoje, mas a verdade é que quando comecei, não estava a ficar exatamente como eu tinha em mente, por isso decidi adiar.
Agora, para o real: todos nós sabemos que com a quarentena começamos a fazer coisas mais frequentemente, por exemplo ir mais vezes à cozinha, e comer, e porque causa disso os kilos também são mais frequentes a aumentar. Para isso tenho uma semi-solução, que é exercÃcio. Eu sei que nem todos gostam, mas são apenas 20-30 minutos todos os dias, não é muito mau e é eficaz.

And I actually just finished today. That's why I say it's very good. You will feel mentally, spiritually or even fisically better.
