It’s Stray Kids comeback season. To no surprise, I had to do something to celebrate this new step in their career. Not to mention that they already won 3 music show trophies with this new song, CASE 143.

It was actually quite easy to come up with an idea for a look that represented this album and tittle track MV. I would describe this new music video as an aggressive cute love song. Therefore my outfit and style had to give that vibe. Which is right up my style: mix of black and colours, patterns but also minimal. Dark girl meets colour. That is the name of the look.

Estamos na época em que os Stray Kids lançam um novo álbum e nova música. Para surpresa nenhuma, eu tinha de fazer algo para celebrar este novo passo na carreira deles. Para não mencionar que eles já ganharam 3 prémios com a nova música, CASE 143.

Foi fácil ter a ideia para o visual que representasse este álbum e o vídeo da música principal. Descreveria como uma música de amor fofa agressiva. Por isso, o outfit e o estilo tinham de mostrar isso. O que é bem o meu estilo: misturar pretos com cores, padrões com o simples. Rapariga misteriosa encontra cor. Seria o nome do visual.

I should be humble, but I think this outfit is awesome. It stands out but it has a gorgeous elegant hint to it. Probably because of the satin corset. 

In this specific outfit I tried to play with the colours pink, orange and black, for the bad ass cute aesthetic. And also at the same time that I used platform shoes, I did a cute hairstyle and makeup. All of it to give a contrast between cute and edgy. Since Stray Kids, in this music video, do the same: they mix their rock, dark aura with a cute set up.

I also took inspiration from their music shows outfits. Therefore, I chose a light pink stripe shirt, because they use light pink most of the time, and on top a bright orange corset since in the MV the background has very punchy colours. Oh and a secret, the corset part is actually a dress that I tucked into my jeans. Because Stray Kids love black clothing I had to mix that in the pants and make it a bit grunge.

For the makeup, the inspiration came soly from the heart characters. A big pink one, because he is the main one, and some small hearts of different colours to represent the rest of them.

Eu devia ser humilde, mas eu acho que este visual está muito bom. Ele destaca-se, mas tem na mesma um toque elegante bonito. Provavelmente por causa do espartilho de cetim.

Neste look específico tentei brincar com as cores rosa, laranja e preto, para o estético fofinho. E também, ao mesmo tempo que usei sapatos com plataforma, fiz um penteado feminino e uma maquilhagem fofa. Tudo isso para dar um contraste entre fofo e ousado. Já que os Stray Kids, neste videoclipe, fazem o mesmo: misturam a sua aura rock, sombria, com um set adorável.

Eu também me inspirei nas roupas que eles usam nos programas de música. Por isso, escolhi uma camisa de riscas rosa-clara, porque eles usam rosa-bebé na maioria das vezes, e por cima um espartilho laranja brilhante já que no videoclipe o fundo tem cores bem fortes. Ah, e um segredo, a parte do espartilho é na verdade um vestido que eu pus para dentro das calças de ganga. Como os Stray Kids adoram roupas pretas, tive que misturar isso nas calças e torná-lo um pouco grunge.

Para a maquilhagem, a inspiração veio apenas dos personagens coração. Um rosa grande, porque ele é o principal, e alguns pequenos corações de cores diferentes para representar os restantes.
