This summer trip turned out to be a surprise. Albania was never a country in my radar, but from what I can see it's starting to be very popular. So I'm happy I went this year, specially because the town was very pretty.

This year, for my holiday's outfits I was feeling that I wanted more relaxed approaches. Nothing to extravagant, but at the same time iconic. However, none had bold colours. Most of the outfits I'm about to show you are in tones of beige, cream, white. But I have to say that hints of red should have been applied.

Esta viagem de verão foi uma surpresa. A Albânia não era um país que estava no meu radar, mas pelo que tenho ouvido começou a ficar popular. Por isso fiquei feliz por ter ido este ano, especialmente porque a cidade onde estive é linda.

Este ano, para os meus outfits de férias estava a sentir que queria uma abordagem relaxada. Nada de extravagante, mas ao mesmo tempo icónico. Porém, nada de cores garridas. A maior dos visuais que vos vou mostrar são em tons de bege, creme e branco. Mas tenho a dizer que toques de vermelhos deveriam ter sido aplicados.

Monday - Day 1 | Segunda-feira - Dia 1

Right away I have to say that I don't love this outfit. I had a really hard time pairing the skirt with something that wasn't just basics. But I ended up with a basic outfit. However, my plan behind the look was wearing a patterned midi skirt, with an interesting crop top (that wouldn't clash), so it would lengthen my torso and just wear some flats for some comfortability. It was the night after I landed at 4a.m.

Desde já, vou admitir que eu não gosto muito da combinação. Tive muita dificuldade com esta saia, visto que não queria algo simples. Mas acabei com algo básico. Contudo, o meu plano era utilizar a saia midi de padrões com uma camisola interessante (que não chocasse) curta para alongar o torso e nos pés uns sapatos rasteiros para conforto. Foi na noite que eu cheguei, eram 4 da manhã quando aterrei.

Tuesday - Day 2 | Terça-feira - Dia 2

This one is more sporty, but because of the colourful corset, it made it very fun and put together. It was a day of exploring outside the hotel, so again I wanted to be comfortable. I wore some basic black denim shorts, with the corset from Bershka and some sneakers with socks peaking through. This is a very typical summer look, but you can never go wrong with it. In doubt is a great option.

Este é mais desportivo, mas por causa do corset colorido, ficou ao mesmo tempo divertido e coeso. Foi uma noite de exploração fora do hotel, por isso queria estar confortável. Utilizei uns calções de ganga pretos, com um espartilho top da Bershka e uns ténis com umas meias mais subidas. É um look muito básico de verão, mas que nunca fica mal em nenhum lugar. Na dúvida, é uma boa opção.

Wednesday - Day 3 | Quarta-feira - Dia 3

Now I was feeling more like myself. We still went for a little night walk, but nothing special. We actually stayed more time in the hotel having some drinks, listening to some traditional music and playing some games. Being already a little sun burnt, I decided to go with some light green pants, a crop "band tee" and some plataform sandals. It's a more refreshing outfit, you look more fresh and light.

Agora estava mais a sentir-me em mim. Fomos ainda dar um pequeno passeio à noite, mas nada de muito tempo. Ficámos a maior parte no hotel a tomar algumas bebidas, a ouvir música tradicional e a jogar. Visto que já estava um pouco queimada, decidi ir para umas calças leves verdes, uma "band tee" curta e umas sandálias de plataforma. É um outfit mais refrescante, dá um ar fresco e livre.

Thursday - Day 4 (excursion day) | Quinta-feira - Dia 4 (dia de excursão)

On this day, it was time to meet a bit of Albania. We decided to go explore Berat, an historic city. When you are adventuring in a hot weather country, you need something light coloured, breeze and fashionable but at the same time simple. That's why I decided for some material beige shorts with a strap crop top, obviously sneakers, but to give it more depth I wore a red kerchief with some other designs. Red is the colour of the Albanian flag.

Neste dia, foi altura de conhecer um pouco mais da Albânia. Decidimos ir explorar Berat, uma cidade histórica. Quando vamos à descoberta num país de temperaturas altas, a melhor opção é roupas claras, largas e simples, mas com estilo. Por isso é que escolhi uns calções de material fino beges com um top de alças finas branco e obviamente ténis. Mas para dar mais dimensão utilizei um lenço vermelho com desenhos na cabeça. Vermelho é a cor da bandeira da Albânia. 

Friday - Day 5 | Sexta-feira - Dia 5

Sunsets in Albania are really something else that everyone should witness. Because we went to the beach at sunset, I wore the most perfect summer boho skirt. I really do love it. The whole look is very monochromatic in white, make it very peaceful, each I love. To match with the late sun, I had my orange bikini top underneath the bear top and some simple orange suede slippers.

O por-do-sol na Albânia é mesmo alguma coisa que todos deviam poder testemunhar. Uma vez que fomos à praia para ver o pôr-do-sol, vesti a saia boho mais perfeita para o verão. Eu adoro-a. Todo o visual é monocromático em branco, tornando-o sereno, o que amo. Para combinar com o sol tardio, tinha um top de biquíni laranja por baixo da blusa dos ursinhos e calcei uns chinelos de camurça também laranja.

Saturday - Day 6 | Sábado - Dia 6

As you know, on the last day has to finish with elegancy. I always end my summer resort trips wearing a dress at night. I just feel like it's the perfect opportunity to do. Plus, this one was super comfortable because the material was linen, so it's very nice on the skin. Again my sandals to make it more my style and top every of with some gold earings and my velvet lilac bear necklace. It's so simple but so beautiful to the eye.

Como sabem, no último dia temos de acabar com elegância. No final das minhas férias de verão em resorts, à noite eu visto sempre um vestido. Sinto que é a oportunidade perfeita. Para mais, este é super confortável devido ao material dele que é linho, assim sendo é muito suave na pele. Outra vez, usei as sandálias para tornar mais o meu estilo e para finalizar optei por uns brincos dourados e um colar com um ursinho de veludo lilás. É muito simples, mas muito bonito na vista.
