I'm so thankful for the the fact that 80s fashion is exactly what I like - I mix with other styles but 80s clothes are very fun. But I'm more happy about that because my house, at the moment is a mess of boxes since I'll have some house fixing next week, so a lot of my clothes are already packed up.

Leaving that aside, this outfit is going to be the most me one, don't expect a very different thing from my usual, like the previous decades looks.

Eu estou muito agradecida pelo facto de os anos 80 serem exatamente o género de roupa que eu gosto - eu combino com outros estilos, mas a moda dos anos 80 é muito gira. Mas estou ainda mais feliz porque, neste momento, a minha casa está numa confusão de caixas uma vez que vou ter reparações para a semana e por isso muita da minha roupa está arrumada.

Pondo isso de lado, este visual é o que vai ser mais "eu", não esperem algo muito diferente do meu usual, como foi o caso das décadas anteriores.

As the years start to be more up to date, the easier it gets to recreate, specially for you guys with your own clothes. I love each piece of clothing I'm wearing and even though I did not use one particular piece that I think is very eighties vibe, I'm still happy with the result.

The 1980s fashion is characterized by the power suits, legwarmers and spandex and Lycra tights, but in terms of day-to-day clothes you can see a lot of pastel and acid-washed jeans paired with effortless grunge tops, such as tie-dye tees, baggy t-shirts, or colourful shirts.

Since it's me doing, obviously I went for a printed red coloured shirt tucked in some washed high-waisted mom jeans, accessorized it with a necklace and a belt and on the hair a scrunchie. To finalize, I chose sneakers, I decided to go for high-top all stars.

À medida que os anos começam a ser mais recentes, mais fácil fica recriá-los, especialmente para vocês com as vossas próprias roupas. Eu adoro cada peça de roupa que estou a usar e mesmo não utilizando uma em particular que eu acho que tem mesmo ar de anos 80, fiquei mesmo assim feliz com o resultado.

A moda de 1980 é caracterizada pelos fatos de treino, aquecedores de pernas, spandex e pelas lycra e pelas collants, mas em termos de roupa do dia-a-dia vê-mos imenso calças de ganga pastel ou desgastadas com tops grunge, como camisolas tie-dye, t-shirts largas, ou camisas coloridas.

Uma vez que sou eu a construir o look, obviamente que escolhi uma camisa vermelha com padrões metida para dentro de umas calças de ganga mom desgastadas, e como acessórios escolhi um colar dourado um cinto preto e para o cabelo adicionei um scrunchie. Para finalizar, optei por ténis e decidi por all stars em bota.
